Submit error report

Did nothing of the above solve your problem? Please submit these details in a mail to us:

The email you signed up with.
Your username.
The problem (be very specific).
Operating system (Windows XP/Vista, OsX, other).
Browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, other).
Flash version (right-click in browser: 'About...' - we need all digits).
Your Internet connection speed.
Screen resolution (Mac: 'System Preferences' / 'Displays', PC: 'Properties' / 'Settings').

If possible, please include a screen shot showing the problem
Mac: Press Apple + Shift + 3 (the screenshot is saved on your desktop)
PC: Press Ctrl + Print screen and paste the image into an image program (i.e. Paint or PhotoShop) and save as JPG.
