The women’s soccer team – ACU’s newest sport in just its fifth season of competition – will no longer be taking opponents by surprise. In Fall 2011, the Wildcats were ranked as high as No. 2 in the nation, had a 20-2-1 record, won their second straight Lone Star Conference championship, advanced to the NCAA Division II quarterfinals and cemented their reputation as a national powerhouse.
