Rybak, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, $94,000, “Evaluation of the novel combination of daptomycin plus trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole against daptomycin nonsusceptible (DNS) methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) using an in vitro PK/PD model of simulated endocardial vegetations.”
