Their recent accomplishments will pale in comparison to their achievements in the years ahead. Just as the Fellows are changed by the fellowship experience, I believe we Dean Mentors and Facilitators are also significantly changed by the opportunity to work and learn with these Fellows. The enthusiasm and eagerness of the Fellows to make the lifelong journey to continuously grow as a leader. This was demonstrated at every event and in every project undertaken.
