Typical comments made by Employers tpm offer an outstanding service for us as employers but also offer the apprentices a carefully structured mentored and effectively monitored chance to achieve success.

Assessor has been great mentoring learner and her progression from when she joined us to the mature confident young woman she is today is testimony to that. Recruitment has also been great at recognising our needs as a business and only sending us candidates that would fit our particular model.

tpm have excellent operational and communication processes, working hand in hand with employers to ensure the learner benefits from both environments and encourages the ethos of life long learning by offering successful candidates higher progression routes of education.

More practical lessons would be great as our apprentices struggles to get models and when there are no models it is hard. Do not feel business admin apprentices have received as much hands on support as our childcare apprentices receive. However all apprentices have commented positively with regards to extra support from college teacher.
