A new era in Alabama State University football began on Thanksgiving 2012 with the official opening of the New ASU Stadium, a 26,500 seat on-campus facility which now serves as the new home for Hornet Football. The multi-purpose facility has a synthetic turf playing surface ONE TEAM and is among the best state-of-the-art stadiums in the country. It is ONE DREAM complete with FOOTBALL 20 suites, loge and club seating, including a stadium ALABAMA STATE club, and multiple locker rooms.
